Do you have the right marketing people in the right roles?

Assessing and developing the range of skills that need to be covered by a small marketing team can often take time. Sometimes, with a bit of training and encouragement, a junior marketing assistant can take on a new area, such as developing content for social media or digital marketing, and really start to shine as they gain in confidence and see results from their efforts.
