Mindset & Commercial Focus

- Able to manage multiple stakeholders, including founders, sales teams and external suppliers.
- Adaptable tone and style depending on audience and brand.
Tools & Technology
- Competent with key marketing platforms (e.g. CRM, email, website CMS, social scheduling tools).
- Data-literate: able to interpret analytics and use insights to guide action.
As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll need to be highly organised, detail-driven, and comfortable managing multiple tasks at pace. You should bring 2–5 years of hands-on experience in a similar role, with a strong grasp of tools, channels, and day-to-day delivery. You’re naturally curious about emerging tools, especially AI, and can show how you already use it to work smarter and faster.
Marketing Managers should be confident working independently while taking strategic direction from a CMO. You’ll need excellent project management skills, the ability to juggle multiple workstreams, and the experience to turn strategy into actionable plans across all channels. You should be able to manage team members, clearly brief external suppliers, and demonstrate a strong track record of making things happen. A practical understanding of AI and how it supports smarter marketing execution is essential, we’re looking for people already using it in their everyday work.
CMOs should be proven marketing leaders with a strong commercial track record. You’ll be comfortable working at board level, shaping strategy, and aligning marketing with wider business goals. You must be able to lead and inspire a team, whether they are fractional or full-time, while also rolling up your sleeves when needed.
